Kılıç has served as a professional manager in CRM and Digital Marketing for many years in national and international markets. The companies he has worked with include Metro Cash & Carry, Sif JCB Construction Machine, Sixth Street, Speak Group, Timaş Publishing Group, and Körfez GYO.

In most of his positions, Kılıç has focused on analysing customer needs, preparing value suggestions, establishing commercial models, and engaging in strategic business development activities.

With Kılıç’s knowledge and experience, he has served on the Board of Directors of many companies in the venture capital sector. He has also worked as a pioneer in the development of the sector in several non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

Kılıç served as a Board Member for MUSIAD, Letven Ventures, Venture Capital Fund GİSED Association, GPAS Global Finance Summit Participation, and several VENTURE IN TURKEY institutions.

Kılıç holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Işık University and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Marmara University. He undertook his doctoral studies in the field of Management Organisation at Gebze Institute of Technology.

After starting his career as a Tax Consultant at PwC, he gained experience in overseas company structuring, international tax consultancy and M&A management. In the following years, he continued his career as the Assistant General Manager Responsible for Financial Affairs at SIF Automotive Group. As a part of this role, he played a crucial role during the foreign company structuring processes in UAE, Netherlands, Libya, and Northern Iraq markets. After starting his career as a Tax Consultant at PwC, he gained experience in overseas company structuring, international tax consultancy and M&A management. Hakan Ek achieved significant success in Hyundai Elevator, where he worked as a senior-level manager and CEO for about 5 years, by establishing the Turkey organization from scratch and effectively executing global sales and business development activities. He secured a significant amount of foreign investment inflows to our country through the company’s entry to the Turkey market, considerably increased the employment rate, and positively contributed to the Turkey economy. Throughout his career over 20 years, he has been a real asset for these organizations by achieving highly critical growth and development goals via strong vision, financial perspective, strategic planning, and global networking competencies; and has added real value to the respective companies due to his extensive experience in acquisitions and global investments. He also possesses CPA certification since 2002.

Hakan Ek, who has extensive experience in overseas company structuring and possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit, continues to run his own farm in Canakkale and known as a nature lover. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and an MBA - Corporate Finance degree from the University of Dallas. He also participated in an Executive Development Program at The Warton Business School.

Tarhan had worked for Pinner USA Inc. as the CFO for many years, and for Metro Cash&Carry Turkey Office in various positions in the field of Customer Relationship Management.

During the first years of his career, Tarhan developed an expertise in the field of corporate sales, where he had focused on organization and management of sales teams, building business development processes, entry strategies to new markets, and acquisition of customers.

As he moved on to executive positions, he had assumed the financial responsibilities for the company, also managing the administrative functions.

Tarhan had his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University Finance Department, and master’s degree from Marmara University, in Production Management and Marketing.

Ms. Ünver has 25 years of experience in Capital Markets. She holds Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Derivative Instruments License. She also holds a bachelor's degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. She worked as an investment specialist and broker at Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. for many years.

Mr. Coşar is an experienced project and team manager with a track record of working in industrial production, power electronics, internet of things, and cloud solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering / MIS. He continues his work with a particular focus on process improvement, design, and digitalization.

After graduating from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2006, Mr. Elgin worked in local media organizations in Kocaeli for about 2 years. In 2008, he joined Bloomberg Businessweek Turkey magazine as an energy sector reporter and worked as a reporter and editor for 15 years, producing written, visual and academic content on energy, environment, climate change and agriculture. He has published articles and interviews on sustainability in the Harvard Business Review magazine. Mr. Elgin currently works at KIMIZ&KIMIZ Consulting firm.

Mr. Kavi has over 14 years of management and financial services experience in accounting and administrative operations. He graduated from Zonguldak Karaelmas University, Department of Business Administration.

Bahadır in his over 30 years’ career has managerial finance services experience in the fields of accounting, cost control and administrative operations.

He has worked for STFA-SAVRONİK Defense Technologies, Işık University, DHT Construction and IGL-STFA JV, in the fields of accounting operations, financial reporting, company audit, contracts audit, collection and payment operations.

Bahadır holds the bachelor’s degree from Anadolu University Economics Department.

Mr. Aksoy has over 23 years of work experience in accounting, reporting and auditing. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration.

Mr. Sevici has worked as Auditor and Internal Control Unit Manager at leading brokerage houses in the sector for many years. He currently works as “Head of the Audit Committee” and “MASAK Compliance Officer” at Meksa Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Mr. Sevici also serves as an “Expert Witness” in courts in capital market disputes. He holds SPL Level 3, SPL Derivatives and SPL Corporate Governance Rating licenses.

Ms. Yürükoğlu holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Koç University, a master's degree from Sabancı University and a PhD in Financial Economics from Yeditepe University. In her career of over 25 years, she has worked in Risk Management positions at Akbank, TSKB, Banks Association of Turkey and Doğan Group of Companies. She currently works as a trainer and senior consultant at RiskAktive (RiskAktif Eğitim Yazılım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti).

Mr. Karaoğul graduated from Marmara University, Department of Management Information Systems. He has 2 years of experience in IT sector.
